Roger Maurizio serves as Director of Quality at AUSCO, Inc., bringing more than 30 years of experience in aerospace, defense, and electronics manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions with organizations including Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, L3Harris Technologies, Data Device Corporation (DDC), and Frontgrade Technologies.

Roger’s expertise spans quality management, manufacturing operations, process improvement, and organizational leadership within highly regulated environments where precision and reliability are essential. He has successfully led teams across both quality and manufacturing functions, implementing systems and processes that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Known for his practical and results-driven leadership style, Roger promotes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and shared ownership of quality throughout the organization. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York and a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from St. John’s University.
