Key elements of many of our programs involve a variety of testing activities, including the following:
Creation of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
We work in concert with our customers and their requirements define specific test requirements translated into an Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP). We test 100% of production units to confirm that each valve or manifold assembly meets all requirements of the ATP, and thus our customers’ requirements.
Creation of Design Qualification Test Procedures (QTP)
Often, we are asked to conduct qualification testing campaigns for newly design products. Qualification can include tests conducted by Ausco, third party partner testing laboratories, and occasionally even customer testing. For these programs Ausco develops a detailed Qualification Test Procedure (QTP) that defines each test and their expected results.
Creation of Design Qualification Test Reports (QTR)
Evaluation of internal and external test results provide the information needed to create QTRs. Once the testing has been performed, then AUSCO prepares an extensive report that summarizes the results of the test, along with any areas that require improvement in the product design. These are for AUSCO and provided to our customers.
