A Better Way | High Performance Culture

The "AUSCO Specifications," developed by the leadership team, are a set of 30 culture-shaping behaviors that the entire Ausco team owns and lives by everyday. It defines how we behave and how we work together. It is the way we do things at AUSCO and it enables us to deliver on our strategy.

We Also Have Fun

We believe that it is important to engage our employees at all levels, including activities that provide opportunities for us to have fun together. An annual Halloween Contest, 4th of July Picnic, Christmas Parties and outside events such as fishing trips and Belmont Racetrack days are also part of our culture. We also have fun together by supporting local high school job fairs and high school robotic teams.
