With more than 30 years of leadership experience across the aerospace and medical industries, Andrew has built a diverse background spanning operations, quality assurance, program management, sales, and marketing. He has held leadership positions within OEM, repair station, and contract manufacturing environments, developing a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and operational excellence.
