Bernard Kierez serves as President of AUSCO, Inc., bringing more than 25 years of aerospace industry experience and a lifelong passion for aviation. Throughout his career, he has held progressive leadership positions across operations, program management, sales, marketing, and business development.

Prior to joining AUSCO, Bernard held leadership roles with organizations including Goodrich Aerospace, Smiths Aerospace, Arkwin Industries, and TransDigm Group, where he contributed to operational performance, customer growth, and strategic business initiatives.

As President, Bernard is responsible for driving organizational growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and advancing AUSCO’s strategic objectives across the aerospace marketplace.

Bernard holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification and a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
