Mr. Kierez has been in the aerospace industry for 25+ years when his love for aviation and aerospace started at a young age.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kierez has held various leadership positions with increased responsibilities. During his career, Mr. Kierez has made significant
leadership contributions to organizations such as Goodrich Aerospace, Smiths Aerospace, Arkwin Industries, Transdigm Group, and now Ausco, Inc.

Some of the leadership positions held by Mr. Kierez have been in repair station operations, production operations, program management, sales/marketing, and business development.

Mr. Kierez holds an FAA A&P Certification and a Master of Business Administration degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Florham Park Campus in Madison NJ.
