Lynda Farrell joined AUSCO, Inc. in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer and serves as a strategic financial advisor to the executive leadership team. She brings more than 20 years of senior management experience across diverse manufacturing environments, including precision component manufacturing for the automotive, construction, and agriculture industries, as well as advanced packaging solutions for consumer and healthcare markets.

Throughout her career, Lynda has led financial transformation initiatives, streamlined reporting processes, implemented key performance metrics, developed financial models supporting supply chain and operational strategies, and guided acquisition due diligence and integration activities.

As CFO, she is responsible for overseeing AUSCO’s financial strategy, performance management, and long-term value creation.

Lynda holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
