Werner Buhler leads AUSCO’s Engineering and Technology Strategy initiatives, bringing more than 20 years of aerospace experience spanning engineering, program management, and business development.

Werner began his career at AUSCO as a valve design engineer and advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including Project Engineer and Lead Engineer. He later joined AD Industries, where he managed commercial aerospace engine programs, before serving as Senior Program Manager within Meggitt’s Power & Sensing Division in France, where he successfully implemented cross-functional program lifecycle management processes across multiple sites.

Following his return to AUSCO, Werner has played a critical role in advancing engineering capabilities, product innovation, and technology strategy to support the company’s longterm growth objectives.

Werner holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from ESTACA in Paris, France.
